By accessing QuotationKaro you agree to these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind the business.

Accounts & access

• Accounts require admin approval. Admins control user roles and activation.
• You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and ensuring accurate business information.
• We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, or legal compliance.

Use of service

• Use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
• Do not upload malicious code or infringe intellectual property.
• APIs and PDFs are provided as-is; verify calculations before sending to customers.

Payments

Subscription fees are billed in INR. Razorpay-ready messaging is provided; gateway charges are separate. Taxes may apply. Non-payment may lead to suspension.

Data ownership

You own your operational data. You grant us a license to process it for providing the service. We may anonymize usage data for analytics and improvement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuotationKaro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Direct liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
